Requirements:
(1). Developed-in protector is CZPT to avoid motor getting burnt unintentionally.
(2). Minimal friction gear reducer with minimal resistance to decrease energy losses.
(3). Instead of CZPT s, arcuate-bevel gears are utilised and conserve above 20% electric powered strength than traditional versions.
(4). The arcuate-bevel equipment is produced of chromium-manganese-titanium with carbon-nitride area treatment, which assures CZPT utilization life spans and higher rigidity.
(5). Durable stainless metal frame has no deformation and has higher toughness.
(6). A mechanical seal is CZPT to avoid oil leakage.
(7). HDPE floats have wonderful buoyancy and higher toughness, resist effect, acid-alkalinity erosion and sunlight publicity.

Fuctions:

Specific pitches and leads of the worm do not allow the worm gear to push the worm. This is beneficial when the application wants to lock the output if the software is working in the reverse course. When the helix angle is less than 5°, the worm is self-locking. When the helix angle is better than 10°, the worm can be pushed again. Worm and worm gear assemblies have to be mounted on vertical, non-intersecting shafts.
